Church of Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos, year 1785. Patrimony number 236. Monument of national importance. Located in Deleatyn town, Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, no. 1.
The first documentary attestations of the church can be found in some chronicles from 1620. It is very probable that initially the place of worship was located elsewhere, in its current place being located in 1785. In 1894 the church was enlarged and completed.
Valuable monument of cultural and sacred heritage, one of the oldest cult buildings in Ukraine. Hutsul-type construction, in a cruciform plan. The place is famous for the iconostasis of wood carved with gold, with masterfully carved ornaments. The iconostasis was built in 1738. Inside the church, works of the famous Hutsul master Vasyl Turchyneak are preserved.
