Church of Nativity of The Most Holy Theotokos, the year 1869. Patrimony number 1175/1. Monument of national value. It is situated in Rozhniv village, Kosiv district.
The current wooden church was built in 1869. The wooden church in Rozhniv dedicated to the “Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God” was mentioned in 1680. In its place, at the beginning of the 18th century, a wooden church was built. At the end of the same century, it was replaced by a new church.
The place has an extended plan of imposing dimensions, with five domes, and enclosed porches with glass, attached on the east, south and west sides. The porch from the sunset is next to a curtain that leads to the narthex. As with most wooden churches in the area, the walls and octahedron are covered with a metal sheet. The three-level wooden bell tower was built together with the church in its southern part.
It is one of the few five-domed cult buildings in Western Ukraine.
