Church of the entrance to the temple of the Blessed Virgin Mary, year 1783. Patrimony number 749-М/1. Monument of local importance. It is situated in Tysiv village, Bolekhiv local council.
The church was built in 1783 from coniferous beams placed on oak bases. The foundation is made of river stone. The iconostasis has three tiers and is carved out of Baroque-style wood, gilt. The church was originally covered with shingles, but in 1930, its roof was replaced with sheet panels during the reconstruction.
After the rehabilitation in 1930, the church was substantially repaired in 1989. For better preservation of the monument, in 2002 the place of worship was moved 54 meters to the northeast, on an artificial terrace covered with river stone and pebbles. The building did not suffer any deformation.
